# Collision Advisory

> Strategic finance consulting for the collision repair industry. We help collision repair shop owners and multi-location operators make better operating, capital, and exit decisions through plain-English financial analysis, benchmarking, and roadmap work.

Collision Advisory is a boutique advisory firm led by Douglas Higgins, a former Kroger finance leader who now works exclusively with collision repair shops. The site publishes industry-specific finance content (DSCR analysis, valuation multiples, ADAS equipment economics, cycle-time math, M&A reads, charts-of-accounts guidance) aimed at independent shop owners and small MSOs.
