    Collision Advisory (HWPO LLC). Effective date: July 2, 2026.

    Collision Advisory is operated by HWPO LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. This page explains what information I collect through collisionadvisory.com and connected tools, and what I do with it. Short version: I collect what you choose to give me, I use it to respond to you and share what I write, and I don't sell it to anyone.

    What I collect

    Information you give me directly. When you fill out a contact or lead form, subscribe to the newsletter, or book a consultation, I collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, and anything you write in a message field. Lead forms on platforms like TikTok pass along the same information you approve when you submit the form.

    Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use it: pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you got here (for example, from a social media link). This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

    How I use it

    • To respond when you reach out. If you submit a form, I follow up personally.
    • To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
    • To understand what content is useful, so I can make more of it.

    I don't sell your information. I don't share it with third parties for their marketing.

    Who processes it

    I use a small number of service providers to run the business: an email platform to send the newsletter, a scheduling tool for consultations, analytics providers, and the social platforms where you may have submitted a form (such as TikTok). Each processes your information only to provide its service.

    Your choices

    • Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link in any email.
    • Request a copy or deletion of your information by emailing me at doughiggins@collisionadvisory.com. I'll handle it promptly.
    • Block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works.

    Other details

    This site is intended for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13; I don't knowingly collect their information. If I update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
